Another two days of luxury train travel, from the desert heat of Alice Springs to the tropical heat of Darwin, stopping to take in the spectacle of Kimberly gorge from the air mid way.

So Ayres Rock was a bit of a letdown - spose its a bit like Stonehenge. Nothing for miles and then 'WOW look at it' Its a rock!!
Are you going shark spotting off the Great Barrier Reef at all? or are going to try something safer?
